The full structure is manufactured with Orange Padel approved galvanized steel materials therefore the perfect choice for any climate all over the world, as well for indoor, semi-covered and outdoor usage. Due to the unique technique the structures can easily be levelled in case the foundation is 100% flat without losing the aesthetics of the steel structure.
The Orange Padel Advantage has an unique air-flow design to prevent humidity and corrosion. This court is designed with World Padel Tour open entrances and with full attention for players safety and optimal players satisfaction.
Steel structure
8 pillars of galvanized steel 3m length, 12 reinforced pillars of galvanized steel 3m length, 4 light post pillars of galvanized steel 6m length. 8 galvanized frame modules of 3x2m with mesh, 14 galvanized frame modules of 4x2m with mesh of 1x2m, 4 galvanized frame modules of 3x2m, 4 galvanized L modules of 2m x 3m with mesh.
All the frames are mounted and connected with individual stainless steel screws and bolts. The frame modules are equipped with electrowelded mesh of 50 x 50 x4 mm reinforced with structural tube 30x30mm made of galvanized steel.
Glass
14 modules of 2.995 x 1.995m and 4 modules of 1.995m x 1.995m of 10 mm thick tempered glass or 18 big glass panels of 2.995m x 1.995m. Optional 12mm thick tempered safety glass. All the glass panels are mounted on neoprene backing and the production of all our tempered glass is manufactured in compliance with the UNE EN 12150-1.
